Frequently asked questions
What is Nasuniverse?
Nasuniverse is the evolution of the Nasuni customer community, built around you. It's our global ecosystem designed to help you unlock more value from your file data, accelerate AI readiness, and continuously optimize cost, risk, and productivity.
What is the "on the road" version of Nasuniverse?
On the Road is the regional version: half a day near you with Nasuni leaders, the product team, and customers in your area. Same access, no travel. This afternoon is built around what we've launched since our flagship events: Resilio, DryvIQ, AI Activate, and PSYCHIC, in a much smaller room. Expect to talk as much as you listen.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. Nasuniverse On the Road is free to attend. Travel and parking are not covered.
Does it really start at 1:00 PM?
The main program starts at 1:00 PM, but we will be serving lunch at noon if you plan to arrive early and get settled. There will also be two optional, more exclusive morning sessions beginning at 10:00 AM, so let us know if you arrive early and want to sign up!
Where can I find the official agenda?

Do I need to be a Nasuni customer to attend?
This event is primarily designed for customers, with limited availability for invited guests.
Who should come, and can I bring my team?
Most attendees own or run file infrastructure: IT infrastructure and operations leaders, storage and platform architects, and the people responsible for resilience, compliance, or getting data ready for AI. Bring your colleagues. Just register each of them separately so our headcount is right.
What will I leave with?
You will leave with stronger peer connections, a deeper understanding of our enhanced Nasuni platform, and your own estate scored against our new PSYCHIC framework. If you're coming with a specific problem, bring the details.
Can I expect to receive more information?
Of course! All registered attendees will receive updates on Nasuniverse happenings and logistics as we get closer to the event. For additional questions, reach out to Erica Entwistle (echrisis@nasuni.com) or Becca Leavitt (bleavitt@nasuni.com).
